Breaking the Generational Cycle of Poverty

Live to Serve at-risk vulnerable children and youth globally in U.S., India, and Nepal.  We provide nutrition, education, healthcare, and holistic support.

Recipient of the 2025 AE Foundation Community Grant

Launched by the American Eagle Outfitters / AEO , the AE Community Grant will support Amrita-Seattle's Hot Meals Programs for Un-Sheltered Youth and young adults! The AE Foundation™ works to promote the mental health and well-being of young people to empower authenticity and a better future for all.

POVERTY IS COMPLEX.

Poverty affects every aspect of life. Our community faces challenges that have deep-rooted causes, often spanning generations.

BUT THE CYCLE IS BREAKABLE.

Through comprehensive systems and community-driven models, our initiatives focus on education, clean water, health and hygiene, and awareness to place at-risk vulnerable children and youth on pathways out of poverty, from elementary to employment. ​

Serving at-risk children and youth to build pathways out of generational poverty. Through an integrated support system of education, healthcare, and holistic support, we commit to their journey from elementary to employment.

U.S.

Amrita-Seattle provides essential support to at-risk, unsheltered youth, young adults, and marginalized communities, through nutritious hot meals, critical survival resources, and seasonal outdoor survival gear. ​​
